Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from product purchase. Items that were purchased more than 14 days ago are not eligible for return.

In addition, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. This includes being in their original packaging.

Some goods are UNABLE to be returned. These include: gift cards, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.  

In some cases we may be able to grant a partial refund. These could be situations where…

  • The plastic has been removed from the exterior of the game
  • The item has damage or is missing pieces* due to manufacturing error
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after purchase

*In cases where there are missing pieces or damage due to manufacturing error, please let us know and we can see what we can do.

 

Refund Process

Be sure to write your full name and order number on the parcel so that we know who to contact.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you via email to advise of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Refunding Sale & Price Matched Items

We are unable to accept returns of sale or price matched items. Only full priced items are eligible for any sort of refund.
